How you know
- Confusion, aggression, staggering, or unconsciousness
- Very hot skin, may be sweaty or dry
- Rapid pulse, headache, vomiting

Move them to shade immediately and remove excess clothing.
Never
- — Never give fever medicine — it does not work here
- — Never delay cooling to arrange transport
Evacuate now if
- — Any confusion or unconsciousness with heat
- — Seizure or vomiting that blocks fluids
- — Not improving within 30 minutes
