Fieldaid is reference material, not medical advice and not a replacement for hands-on first aid training. Whenever emergency services can be reached, call them and follow their instructions over anything written here. Guidance reflects widely taught wilderness and tactical first aid practice; local protocols and your own training take priority.
Works with no signal
Every guide, decision tree and checklist is bundled inside the app itself. Nothing is fetched from a server while you use it, and your checklists and recent guides stay on your device.
Install it before you need it
- iPhone: Share button, then "Add to Home Screen".
- Android: Menu, then "Install app" or "Add to Home screen".
- Desktop: Install icon in the address bar.
Open it once on the published site while you still have a connection so everything is cached. Offline caching runs in the installed app, not inside the editor preview.
